This is especially true for those who work from home, where the boundaries between rest, work, and everything else can blur together. For one hour, this room is yours. No notifications. No one needing something from you. No version of yourself you have to perform.
Our sessions are held in a private, thoughtfully designed space built specifically with mental healthcare in mind. The environment is cozy without being clinical, modern without being cold or corporate-like. It’s a space designed to feel like a relief to walk into, not another obligation.
Some people do their best work when they can physically step outside their daily environment.

Hidden Depths Therapy specializes in working with high achieving adult children of immigrants navigating high-functioning anxiety, high-functioning depression, and family of origin wounds and trauma in the Frisco and greater DFW area.
